MAIN PARKING is located at the back of the plaza.  You will find the entrance to the parking lot across the street from NAHA's Thai Kitchen on York Rd.
From the main parking area and you will find our building (D) to the right,  nestled between the main plaza building and the red brick Pennine Security building.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen!  If you are going to be late,  or need to change your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment will be re-scheduled and a late fee may apply.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service total.  No Call/No Show is subject to a fee of 100% of the booked service total.

Re-Do Policy

We pride ourselves on offering top level services - BUT - sometimes it's just not quite right.  If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days so that we can work with you to promptly correct it.  We are happy to offer a complimentary re-do if there has been a technical error in your service, and in most cases we will either correct it on the spot or book you in for a re-do before you leave.  You will be booked with the same Stylist that performed the original service as they are most familiar with your hair and the consultation you had.  In some cases we are not able to offer a complimentary re-do, some examples are; you changed your mind, your partner/mother/friend etc. said they didn't like it, you tried something new and it wasn't what you expected, you are in the process of transitioning to a new look.  In those cases you will need to book a regular service to make any adjustments.  Please contact your Stylist directly with any concerns.

For Your Safety - Covid Protocols

PRE-SCREENING:  Prior to your appointment, you will be sent a digital "Wellness Pre-Screen" via e-mail or text message.  Follow the link and complete the form before you arrive for your appointment.  If you do not pass the pre-screening for any reason, your appointment will be re-scheduled.  Upon arrival, we will do a verbal check to ensure nothing has changed and then we can proceed with your service.  


CHECKING IN:  Please arrive on time, not early or late for your scheduled appointment time.  Our waiting area is temporarily closed, so if you arrive early we ask that you remain comfortably in your car until we are ready for you.  Do your absolute best not to be late, or "no show" as there are folks who would appreciate your spot if you cannot make it.  Our cancellation policy is in effect.

CLEAN HAND CLUB:  Please sanitize or wash your hands immediately upon entering the salon.  Hand sanitizer is available for your use throughout the salon.

LIMITED CAPACITY:  At this time, we can only allow people into the salon who have a scheduled appointment.  Do not bring your kid(s), partner, family member, or friends with you to your appointment as they will not be permitted into the salon.  There are 2 exceptions; if you are a parent accompanying your minor child or if you require support personnel.  If either of those are you, please let us know when booking your appointment so that we can ensure we are able to accomodate.  

FEELING ILL: If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat etc. or if you should be self-isolating for any reason, your appointment will be re-scheduled.  We reserve the right to refuse service if you are unwell.  

FACE MASKS:  As per the WDG Public Health Unit mandate, both Clients and Stylists are required to wear a non-medical grade and properly fitted face mask for the duration of your visit.  We encourage you to bring bring your own, but we have a supply for purchase if you forget.     

CLEANING & SANITIZING: The flow of your appointment will feel a little different as we take time to thoroughly clean & sanitize our work stations and tools as we go and between each appointment.  Thanks for your patience!
